Let's be honest, the numbers look good. Bermuda’s senior leadership is close to gender parity. But you already know numbers don't tell the whole story.
What are the leadership issues you see coming, the ones that don't show up in a survey? We're bringing the island's senior women together in January to name them and start working on them.

We want to hear from you what can be improved in leadership.
What do women in leadership need and what do you foresee as the gaps to creating sustainably healthy and engaged workplaces.
You know your own boardrooms, your own industries, and the challenges and triumphs of those emerging women leaders walking the path you've forged.
We want to hear it from you - and work the solutions with you.
I'm a Bermudian leadership facilitator and coach, and in January 2027 I'm bringing the island's senior women together. I'll be facilitating alongside another local leader I admire.
But before I plan a single session, I want to know what's actually on your mind.
