And before you even walk through the door, you’ll receive two personal experiences.

A 60-minute 1:1 Executive Leadership Coaching Session.  Yours to use however you need. Bring a challenge, a decision, a conversation you’ve been avoiding, or simply some space to think out loud. Confidential, non-judgmental and completely personalised. Best used after the event. Valued at $350.

Your MetaDynamics Thinking Profile. You’ll complete the MDPT questionnaire before the workshop and discover which of the four thinking profiles you are: Visionary, Architect, Dynamo or Collaborator. I’ll analyse your profile before the event and we’ll explore it together in the room. It’s one of the most illuminating things you can do for your leadership - and for how you understand the people around you. Valued at $497.
