Room to Lead is a twice-monthly workshop series designed for women navigating the realities of leadership and business growth.
These sessions create space for thoughtful conversation about the challenges that often sit behind the scenes, including confidence, decision making, boundaries, and the identity shifts that come with growing a business.
Rather than quick tactics or surface-level advice, Room to Lead focuses on meaningful discussion, reflection, and practical insight that you can apply in your work and leadership.

Ashlie Stevenson
Ashlie works with women leaders and entrepreneurs navigating growth, confidence, and meaningful impact. Through facilitation and conversation she helps create space for women to step more fully into their leadership.
Vicki Abraham
Vicki supports women in business through coaching, workshops, and leadership conversations that explore the personal side of business growth. She focuses on confidence, decision making, and navigating leadership with clarity.
